BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All rates are quoted per person in ZAR, inclusive of VAT at 14% and tourism levy.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT
All bookings must be confirmed in writing.
A deposit of 50% of the total costs is required to confirm all bookings.
Full pre-payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Accounts are strictly 7 days net
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
The following cancellation charges apply;
50% if cancelled 4-3 weeks prior to arrival date.
75% if cancelled 3-2 weeks prior to arrival date.
100% if cancelled 2 weeks prior to arrival date
No shows are charged in full.
CHILD POLICY
Children under 12 stay free except for meals when sharing an available family room with the parents.
